PROFESSOR of OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Cem Canel is Professor of Operations Management
and chair of Information Systems and Operations Management department
at University of North Carolina Wilmington. He received his Ph.D. from
University of Houston in Operations Management, and has been teaching
a variety of courses on operations management.
His research interests include facilities location, management and control of quality.
He has published articles in International Journal of Production Research,
International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Operations
and Production Management, International Journal of Physical Distribution
and Logistics Management, Industrial Management and Data Systems.
